Voicethread makes videos and voice overs easy with three simple directions: Upload, Comment, and Share.
http://voicethread.com/ VoiceThread is an online tool to create videos using still photos or pre-existing videos with a voice over or written comment. Students will have individual accounts created by their teachers using gmail+1 to register and login. Students can create up to five free videos. If they want to create more, a video will have to be deleted. This is a great way for students to showcase their knowledge about a topic, share photos etc. After the video is created students can share the link with others by posting it to Moodle. Students can use the edu version of Glogster to create online multi-media posters. They can easily insert text, photos, videos, etc. Glogster is web-based, therefore students can access it from any computer. Students will be assigned a sub-account under their teacher's account. Usersnames and passwords will be distributed by teachers. Glogster can be used for final publications in research projects, group collaboration projects, story telling, and much more! There are limitations with the free version, but it is still a good tool. http://Edu.Glogster.com |
